We take pre-orders every week and deliver on Saturday mornings within a 5 mile radius of Islington. Place your orders early as we only make a limited amount each week!

Our story

We're a brother & sister team - Marco, a professional pizzaiolo of 15 years and Jenny (me) a food & travel photographer, writer and former front of house.

Growing up in Sardinia, every weekend our alarm was the screeching sound of a pasta machine rolling, followed by Marco swearing to my mum because he couldn't sleep anymore.

Then the sight of our kitchen turned pasta factory as my mum prepared 200 ravioli for just 4 people. Her excuse was always that it's considered a disgrace to be left without enough food for dinner, which is why we believe in giving generous portions.

Luckily for us now, our mum spent many years working in a pastificio in Sardinia, and under her (sometimes very strict!) guidance, we set about cooking our Sardinian favourites that we just couldn't find in London.

After working hard to perfect our recipes, we now produce a small range of handmade regional pasta including Culurgiones, the famous stuffed potato, pecorino and mint pleated ravioli from Ogliastra, as well as many other regional specialities that are truly unique to Sardinia.

Being from an island of nature lovers, we always have one eye on the environment. For that reason we produce to order with zero waste, deliver everything ourselves by bicycle or electric car and aim for our packaging to be plastic free.

We deliver every Saturday 8.30am to 2pm within a 5 mile radius. If you require more specific time slot, please get in touch and we'll try our best to fit to your schedule.

Free delivery with orders over £25. Delivery charge £3 otherwise.

FAQs

When can I place my order?

Orders can be placed by Thursday 12pm for delivery the following Saturday. If an item is showing Sold Out, then you've just missed our pre-order for this week. Please try again for the following week.

What time do you deliver?

We deliver every Saturday morning between 8.30am and 2pm.

How do I cook the pasta?

All our pasta comes with cooking instructions and allergen details included, generally all of our pasta can be blanched in a pot of salted water in 3-4 minutes.

What is the shelf life of my pasta?

All products have a shelf life of 2 days once delivered. Both the fresh pasta and sauces can be frozen for future use for up to 3 months.

Where is my pasta made?

All of our pasta is made by us, qualified food handlers, overnight the day before delivery in our commercial kitchen space in North London.
